Dr. Liu Sheng has received bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University, master's degree from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences and doctor's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He worked in Agere System (formerly Lucent), Pine Photonics Communications, Opnext and other optoelectronic enterprises in the United States, engaged in product R & D and management for a long time.

He is the vice chairman of Jiangsu Province Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Association and honorary chairman of Suzhou Industrial Park Optical Communication Industry Alliance. In 2008, he returned to China and founded InnoLight Technology (Suzhou) Ltd., where he has been the general manager since then. At present, he is the president of ZhongJi InnoLight Co., Ltd.

Wang Xiaodong

Wang Xiaodong was a member of the Science and Technology Bureau of Longkou City, a member of the General Office of the People's Government of Longkou City, a director of the Economic and Trade Bureau of Longkou High-tech Zone, a deputy director of the Economic and Trade Bureau of Longkou High-tech Zone and a deputy director of the Administration Committee of Longkou Coastal Tourist Resort. From 2004, he worked as secretary of the board of directors of several listed companies, including Chengdu People's Mall (Group) Co., Ltd., Sichuan Western Resources Holding Co., Ltd and Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd. In January 2018, Wang Jun joined Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. At present, he is Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. Wang Xiaoli graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master’s degree of science. She is studying FMBA program in China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). She worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers Zhongtian LLP. for nine years, and then served in a private equity fund. She joined InnoLight and served in the Finance Department since November 2014. As a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd.
